Which terminal does the Isla Mujeres transfer serve?
This route is booked to the Puerto Juarez ferry terminal. Check the terminal name on both your ferry ticket and transfer confirmation so that the two parts of your journey match.
Is Puerto Juarez the same terminal as Xcaret’s El Embarcadero?
No. They are different departure points. We take you to Puerto Juarez; if your ticket names El Embarcadero in the Hotel Zone, confirm the correct destination before booking your ground transfer.
How long does the full journey from CUN to Isla Mujeres take?
Allow separately for leaving the airport, driving to Puerto Juarez, boarding and the crossing. Traffic and ferry operations can vary. The ground transfer does not guarantee a particular ferry departure.
Which ferry departure should I choose after landing?
Check the operator’s current schedule and allow for immigration, baggage collection, the road journey and boarding requirements. Your landing time is not the time you will leave the airport.
What if my flight arrives too late for the ferry?
Share the flight change with Transfers DV and check available departures with your ferry operator. If there is no same-day connection, you will need to rearrange your stay and confirm any transfer changes.
Can I book the return from Isla Mujeres to Cancun Airport?

Is the private transfer shared with other travelers?

How should I arrange the transfer if I use a wheelchair?

Can I travel with my pet toward Isla Mujeres?
