Make sure your flight and transfer both refer to Cancun International Airport (CUN). Check your airline’s current terminal information and tell the team about any changes.

Complete the airport arrival process first

Follow airport signs and staff directions. If you arrive on an international flight, complete the applicable arrival checks and collect your luggage before heading to your transfer meeting point.

Your transport reception is arranged after you leave the controlled arrival areas, not inside immigration. The route to your meeting point depends on your terminal.

Follow the meeting instructions in your confirmation

Read your service instructions before walking to another area. Verify the company and your booking details with the driver or representative before boarding.

If you cannot find them, share your terminal and location using the contact in your confirmation. Do not move to another terminal to look for the vehicle without instructions.

Prepare for your hotel departure too

For your return to the airport, check your flight, terminal and confirmed pickup time. Allow for the road journey and your airline’s recommended airport arrival time.

Have your party and luggage ready at the agreed hotel or accommodation pickup point. Let the team know if your flight or location changes so they can review the transfer.
