No. Transfers DV covers only the road journey between CUN and the ferry in Playa del Carmen. The sea crossing and any transportation within Cozumel are separate services.
Does the Cozumel ferry leave from Puerto Juarez?
For this Cozumel connection, you need to reach Playa del Carmen. Puerto Juarez serves the Isla Mujeres route. Select the Cozumel ferry as your transfer destination to avoid booking the wrong port.
Which terminal in Playa del Carmen should I use?
Select the passenger ferry terminal for Cozumel and share the operator shown on your ticket. Check the drop-off point in your transfer confirmation; a hotel address in Playa del Carmen is a different destination.
Does the Transfers DV vehicle cross to Cozumel with me?
No. The vehicle operates only on the mainland as far as Playa del Carmen. You continue on the passenger ferry and arrange arrival at your Cozumel hotel separately.

No. We take you to the passenger ferry in Playa del Carmen. If your documents mention vehicle boarding or a different terminal, clarify the route before booking.
How long does the journey from CUN to Cozumel take?
The journey combines airport arrival formalities, the drive to Playa del Carmen, boarding and the sea crossing. Allow for each stage when planning your arrival. The ground-transfer quote does not guarantee a total journey time to Cozumel.
Which ferry departure can I take after my flight?
Check your operator’s schedule for your travel date and allow for CUN arrival formalities, traffic and boarding lead time. Do not plan the crossing using only your scheduled landing time.
Can I reach Cozumel the same day if my flight lands at night?
It depends on your actual arrival and available ferry departures. Check that connection before booking and consider alternative accommodation if it is not feasible. The road transfer does not guarantee catching the last ferry.
What happens if the ferry is suspended because of weather?
Check your ferry operator’s notices and let us know about the change. Review how to rearrange the ground transfer before confirming new times. Ferry and transfer arrangements are handled with each provider separately.
How do I book the return from Cozumel to Cancun Airport?
Request a quote from the Playa del Carmen ferry terminal to CUN. Buy the return crossing separately and arrange your mainland pickup with enough time to meet your airline’s airport arrival requirements.
Where will I be picked up after arriving from Cozumel?
Your ground pickup is in Playa del Carmen at the meeting point agreed in your confirmation. Share your operator and expected arrival. The service does not include pickups from hotels or piers on Cozumel.

No. Our transfer connects Cancun Airport, CUN, with the ferry in Playa del Carmen. A flight into Cozumel Airport requires transportation on the island, which is outside this service.
